Asia Pacific Interdisciplinary Research in Accounting (APIRA) February 2021 Conference

Editor's Note: The Public Interest Section of the American Accounting Association is pleased to share the following announcement by Asia Pacific Interdisciplinary Research in Accounting (APIRA).

In association with Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, APIRA (The Asia Pacific Interdisciplinary Research in Accounting conference) has a 30 year record of providing a premier international forum for research on the social, political, and institutional aspects of accounting theory and practice.

In response to the onset of COVID-19, AAAJ’s APIRA is transforming into a new and unique format: highly focused, time efficient keynote presentations and panel forums on major cutting edge developments in the interdisciplinary accounting research space.

These will be offered as 90 minute session webinars on three occasions through 2021. Each live session will also be recorded and available to registrants on the APIRA webpage for a period of one week after the actual event.

The first event will occur on February 18th 2021

Presenters:

Professor Markus Milne (University of Canterbury, New Zealand)
